The celebration was followed by a few activities such as Skit, Dance, Speech and Shiv bhajans

children of pragati kids celebrated the Red colour day on Friday. All the little angels had dressed up beautifully in Red colour clothes. The class was decorated with all red colour hangings like red cherries, red teddy, red strawberries, red apples etc. Teachers were also dressed up in red colour clothes. In the class on the round table teachers had displayed red colour objects like fruits, red jam, red syrup, red apples. The children were very amused and very happy seeing red hangings and balloons. The following day was continued with the introduction of Red colour and activities related to red colour. All the children participated with full energy and enthusiasm. A lovely day passed by with getting introduced to the colour of love and energy – Red Colour.

Superb start of the day...A day full of activities,games and lots of fun....Today class UKG students have enjoyed learning drill and play tricks of football game by expert coaches with teachers and nursery ,Play group kiddos enjoyed the outdoor activity and games.

Sorting gives power of recognition and arranging gives idea of sequencing....By this activity student practices hold on maths counting at the same time their confidence also increases.

Green Day Celebrations Green – The colour of Prosperity and Harmony Green Day was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm in the Pre Primary Wing. The students came to school dressed in pretty green attires and looked eco friendly. The greenland was beautifully decorated in green theme and all the green objects from a child’s immediate surroundings were brought to the class room. Acts of green conveyed the message that we should not cut trees and plant more and more trees. Students were introduced to various shades of green such as acqua green, olive green, bottle green parrot green.

Bharat vikas parishad organized G.K. Quiz Bharat Ko Jano 20 school from all over gwalior participated in this competition. In junior level our team stood second. In senior level our quiz team won third position and we congratulate all the winners.

Special assembly on raksha bandhan and independence day

A special assembly conducted today in Pragati Vidhya Peeth on the occasion of "Kargil Vijay Diwas ". Through a skit and dance students conveyed the message how Indian Army successfully took command of the high outpost which had been lost to Pakistan....

In saevus eco achiever quiz competition pragati vidya peeth got III rank in national which held on 8 Feb in Mumbai, around 20,000 participants from all over India has participated in this competition. The students of pragati vidya peeth gave their best and achieve III position in all over India. Participants were Mayank Rajput. Chahat Khandelwal. And Abhinandan Jain. They also won cash prize 21,000 Rs. Our Pre-Primary and Primary students went to Mela (Fair). They were very happy during their visit, they enjoyed a lot. They had different kinds of rides too like merry-go-round, boat, aero plane ride etc. all of them were over-joyous by all the rides they took. They even got gifts at the end of the trip. Things like these make little ones smile. They were not just smiling; they were dancing, singing….. Happy all and all…

Vasant Panchami Vasant Panchami is a festival that marks the arrival of spring, celebrated by people in various ways depending on the region. Vasant Panchami has a specific meaning: Vasant means "spring" and Panchami means the fifth day. Vasant Panchami falls on the fifth day of spring. The Vasant Panchami also marks the start of preparation for Holika and Holi, which occurs forty days later. For many Hindus, Vasant Panchami is the festival dedicated to goddess Saraswati who is their ancient goddess of knowledge, language, music and all arts. The season and festival also reflects the agricultural fields which are ripening with yellow flowers of mustard crop, which Hindus associate with Saraswatis favorite color. People dress in yellow saris or shirts or accessories, share yellow colored snacks and sweets.

Apsara has organized a handwriting competition for classes 1 and 2 in pragati vidya peeth. It was a wonderful experience to our schools and our student have a great time.

The 70th Republic Day of India was celebrated with Patriotic fervor at Pragati Vidya peeth. The day began with unfurling of our National Flag by Honourable Chief Guest Director Rahul Shrivastava, Director Archana Shrivastava and Principal Deepika Mishra Bhambani Avika of class 7th Told the importance of the Republic Day followed by a colurful programme. Principal mam also blessed students with her words.
